Dear Editor, Re: “Doctor crisis close clinic,” Letters, April 12. Even though I was only an infrequent patient at the Seafair Medical Clinic over the last 20 years, I want take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Dr. Nirmal Varma.

Dear Editor, Now that the writ has been dropped, how about the government drop a few more things. How about the Fraser River Bridge and that jungle of an interchange project, that few in Richmond want (including Richmond’s mayor and most on council).

Dear Editor, I am writing to express my gratitude to whoever it was at Lansdowne Centre’s food court who found my purse, which had been left on a chair uncared for, and handed it over to mall security.

I have to second Zina Pinkhafik when she says it’s “a very sad day,” referring to the closure of her Seafair medical walk-in clinic. I can’t count the number of times I’ve been there for my family’s various calamities.
