Letter: Cyclists need more protection in Richmond
Dear Editor, I was nearly killed by a car the other day while biking on Shell Road. Yet another driver decided that, because he was in a car and I was on a bike, he had the right of way and I was not a legitimate vehicle. We have a lot of work to do.
