A s usual, what anybody has to say about the B.C. budget released this week will depend on what pulpit they’re preaching from.

A prominent B.C. businessman phoned me the other day, wanting to know who “ran” the B.C. government. He knew enough of politics to know the answer wasn’t necessarily Premier Christy Clark.
