Dear Editor, Below is a letter I composed recently and forwarded to those involved to try to stop Harvest Power’s constant assault on our olfactory and respiratory systems.

Dear Editor, The stink over Richmond has now reached new intolerable levels. It’s gotten even worse since the recycling plant got approval to foul our air more than before. Windows cannot be opened, sitting on one’s patio is now out of the question.
