Dixon elementary on 'hold and secure' following 'police incident'
Richmond RCMP are saying very little of a police incident that led to a “hold and secure” procedure at nearby Dixon elementary. Cpl. Dennis Hwang told the Richmond News only that an incident had occurred on Jesmond Drive Wednesday afternoon.
