City of Richmond opens up 'green oasis'

Already being labeled a green oasis, the Richmond Cultural Centres new rooftop garden will be officially opened today (Friday). At 5 p.m. the rooftop formerly a homage to concrete, according to the City of Richmond will open to the public.
