Our driveway and the front yard was covered by the heavy snow so we couldn’t get out. Fortunately, one of our neighbours, a young man, is so nice that he came to help shovel our driveway and sidewalk after he shovelled his. We are very grateful to have such a nice neighbour.

It’s affected me that it’s colder. It’s the first time I’ve seen snow. I’m from Melbourne. But other than that, I’ve still been able to do everything I need to do. I went to university, found out it was closed because of the snow.

My company was involved building the sewer along Gilbert Road. They shut down on Monday and Tuesday because they would have to do too much preparatory work...I think Richmond is doing a pretty good job cleaning the roads, but I wish everyone would clean their sidewalks.

Not much. I can still drive on the road. I think the most important thing is that people should be polite and not drive too fast; keep a distance from the car in front of you.
