Three photographers will volunteer their time to take photos of families on their porches to raise money for local organizations.

The PORCHpics Project is about capturing family moments while maintaining social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic. The money raised will benefit Pathways Clubhouse and the Kehila Society of Richmond.

Professional photographers Lianne Cohen, Jocelyne Halle and Adele Lewin are volunteering to go around to homes around Richmond to capture photos of families or other creative photographs from people’s driveways from May 18 to June 7.

Although the photography session is free, families are asked to make a donation, preferably a minimum of $54, to either organization prior to booking a photography session.

Families will receive their photos electronically after the shoot.

Visit Kehila Society’s or Pathways Clubhouse’s websites to donate.

To register for the photo session, email [email protected] or call 604-241-9270.
