A crash on the east-west connector eastbound onramp is slowing down the morning commute out of Richmond.
There’s another crash on No. 5 Road near Woodhead Road.
Traffic is also crawling along Knight Street and Highway 91, heading towards the Knight Street Bridge, and north along Highway 99 towards the Oak Street Bridge.
And while the counter-flow lane is in in the Massey Tunnel, traffic is still slow both in and out of Richmond.
The weather is likely not helping commuters, with 15 to 25 millimetres expected today. But on the bright side, Richmonites should expect to see some sun tomorrow, with only a chance of showers on the forecast for Wednesday.
