Richmond’s Aaron Huie and Carling Allaye-Chan made the most of their recent trip to San Diego, capturing their age division titles at the “Little Mo” Internationals Junior Tennis Tournament.
Huie took the U14 title, defeating Manual Antonio Alonso of Mexico 6-7 6-4 10-4.
Allaye-Chan defeated Cassie Blakey from California 6-2 6-3 to take the Girls 8 title.
Both players are coached by Julien Heine out of the Richmond Tennis Club. He said they both performed well and both have a promising future.
