The Richmond Kigoos finished off the season with yet another impressive performance at last week's BC Summer Swimming Association (BCSSA) Provincial Championships in Kamloops.
Forty-seven swimmers from the club competed in individual and relay events at the championships.
Over 1,000 athletes from more than 50 clubs took part in the competition from Aug. 19 to 21.
Club swimmer Emi Nishi won two gold and one silver medals and set a new club record of 29.74 seconds in the 50 fly event. Nishi also won the 50 free race by 0.01 seconds.
Fern Buckley won gold and set a new club record of 30.44 seconds in the 50 fly event, and silver in the 100 fly.
Other key athletes included Nathan Zhang won two golds and one silver as well as leading two relay teams to win silver medals, Robin Xiao who won gold in the 100 breast and Abigail Cheung who took home two bronze medals.
"Our swimmers have worked hard all summer, building their swimming skills as well as their team camaraderie," said Nick Lee, senior coach with Kigoos.
"We had an excellent showing at provincials, producing numerous champions and finalists. As a coach I couldn't be prouder."
