For the second straight year, goaltender Cameron Overby will be wearing provincial colours, this time as a member of the Team B.C. Bantam squad. Last summer, Overby played for B.C. at the Pee Wee Nationals.

He recently completed his box season with the Richmond Bantam Roadrunners. For the first time in recently memory, the locals were placed at the A1 level which meant plenty of work for Overby, who has earned a reputation as a great positional goalie.

Overby's teammate Ryan Jensen will also be playing for B.C. at the Pee Wee Nationals.

Jensen's great size and stick work has brought him success at both ends of the floor, so much so that he was aged up this season to play at the Bantam level. Going up against older and quicker opponents has only enhanced his game.

The National Box Lacrosse Championships for the Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget age groups take place Aug. 4-12.
