Richmond 2002B Islanders proved be the class of RGSA’s inaugural U14 Cat Wheatley Memorial Tournament. The team relied on productive bats and stellar defensive play to produce a golden finish. Wheatley, 22, was a longtime player and coach with Richmond Minor Softball who passed away back in April from injuries sustained in a car accident.
