Chinese fugitive arrested in Richmond, awaiting deportation
A drug trafficker who was being hunted by the Canada Border Services Agency has been found in Richmond. Xun Zhang, a 32-year-old man from China, was captured in Richmond on Thursday after a public appeal for information.
