Former school board chair and former trustee Chak Au are new faces at city hall

The polls in Richmond have now closed and by 9 p.m. the city will have elected a new council and school board, with at two and three slots open respectively at either office. Check back here nearer to 9 p.m.

Like its city council cousin, Richmond First still has the upper hand on the school board, after the slates three incumbents filled the top three slots and were then joined in fourth by newcomer Eric Yung.
