Richmond RCMP investigating 'suspicious' death along Dyke Road
Richmond RCMP are investigating a suspicious incident after an elderly man was found in the water off Dyke Road Saturday morning and was later pronounced deceased. Around 8 a.m. Mounties were called to the area for a report of a male in the water.
