Emergency crews have cleared the bad accident which all but shut down the intersection of No. 2 Road and Westminster Highway in Richmond this morning.
At around 11:30 a.m., only one lane northbound was getting through and motorists were being advised to avoid the area for the time being.
According to traffic camera images from the intersection, at least two vehicles appeared to have been involved in the crash.
