Richmond’s Community Mental Wellness Association of Canada (CMWAC) will be exploring the topic of mental health and its benefits for this week's Heart to Heart program.
CMWAC's weekly mental wellness support program aims to provide a safe space for community members where they can seek support from a team of professionals via a virtual Zoom call.
Founder Ahlay Chin had previously told The Richmond News that the bilingual program, provided in English and Mandarin, was created to provide "culturally and language appropriate" support and reduce social stigma for mental illnesses.
Tonight's session will be held in English and will run from 7 to 8:30 p.m. To join the session, enter Zoom ID 725 498 8477.
