A local non-profit is partnering with Trinity Western University (TWU) to launch a virtual workshop on April 20 to help individuals thrive in that role.

Being a leader through the pandemic has been a challenge for some, according to Richmond Cares Richmond Gives (RCRG).

That’s why the local non-profit is partnering with Trinity Western University (TWU) to launch a virtual workshop on April 20 to help individuals thrive in that role.

The workshop, called Effective Organizational Leadership for Pandemic Times, will be hosted by RCRG and Dr. Adrienne Castellon, the Associate Dean for the Masters of Leadership at TWU, a private Christian university.

The “interactive online session will explore research-based competencies and dispositions for leaders of non-profit organizations,” according to the RCRG press release.

This is yet another way the non-profit sector has found to provide continued support for their clients throughout the pandemic, the media release adds.

“Participants will gain an understanding of actionable practices to help their leadership thrive, even in challenging times,” notes the release.
