Poll result: Mixed response to housing market prices

The annual property assessments for Richmond and B.C. were released earlier this week, along with the recent market activity.

Richmond News polled 258 Richmond News readers and asked the question: What changes have you noticed in property prices in your Richmond neighbourhood?

The poll ran from 1/6/2023 to 1/9/2023. Of the 258 votes, we can determine that 92 are from within the community. The full results are as follows:

Significant rise 38.04 % local, 37.60 % total    
Moderate rise 9.78 % local, 18.60 % total
