A man has been taken into police custody after a police incident on Moffatt Road northwest of Blundell Road and Minoru Boulevard.
He had apparently "barricaded himself" in the 7600 block area, according to Richmond RCMP.
An earlier media release from police had warned the public to stay out of the area but said there was no danger to the public.
The area has now been cleared.
