Multi-vehicle tunnel crash cleared in Richmond

Crews have cleared an earlier multi-vehicle collision southbound at the Massey Tunnel in what was the only southbound lane. Counter flow lane remains in northbound, however, so traffic going south at the tube is very heavy.

Crews have cleared an earlier multi-vehicle collision southbound at the Massey Tunnel in what was the only southbound lane.

Counter flow lane remains in northbound, however, so traffic going south at the tube is very heavy.
