Traffic was backing up on the East West Connector near Knight Street early in the Tuesday rush hour due to a medical emergency.
But DriveBC sent out an update on X saying the incident had been cleared.
The right-hand lane east-bound was blocked, as rush-hour traffic was starting to ramp up.
The emergency appeared to be just east of Jacombs Road on Highway 91.
