Motorists should expect delays after lights are out at a Richmond city centre intersection on Thursday morning.
The traffic lights are out at Ackroyd and Cooney roads, near PriceSmart Foods, with vehicles approaching the intersection like a four-way stop.
It is unclear what the cause of the outage is, but other nearby intersections are working normally.
