Motorists driving through Richmond should plan extra travel time during today's morning rush hour.
According to Twitter posts, a vehicle crash has the right lane blocked on westbound Highway 91 at No. 7 Road.
Westbound traffic is backed up past Westminster Highway.
Crews are en route to the scene.
