A drug trafficker who was being hunted by the Canada Border Services Agency has been found in Richmond.

Xun Zhang, a 32-year-old man from China, was captured in Richmond on Thursday after a public appeal for information.

Along with drug trafficking, he had also been convicted of assault, robbery, theft and conspiracy to produce a controlled substance.

In the first 24 hours after a new most-wanted list was released by the federal government, the CBSA netted three fugitives wanted for deportation, according to a news release.

Also arrested were Reginald George King and Walter Ernesto Guzman -- both of whom have been convicted of drug trafficking in Canada and were in CBSA custody by Friday night, pending their removal from the country.

King was apprehended Friday in Walford, Ont. -- a small town in northern Ontario, about 200 kilometres east of Sault Ste. Marie -- and was also convicted of assault with a weapon and possession of a loaded and restricted weapon.

Guzman turned himself in to Montreal police on Friday and was handed over to the CBSA. He has also been convicted of assault, break and enter and uttering threats.
