Richmond motorists taking Dinsmore Bridge may experience some delays.
According to a tweet, a broken-down van mid-span at Dinsmore Bridge is blocking the only eastbound lane, causing a traffic jam.
Motorists are advised to take the Fraser River Bridge into Richmond city centre instead.
