BrickCan returned to Richmond River Rock Casino in 2023 after a three-year hiatus.

Cityscapes, iconic pop culture moments and machines all built with Lego bricks will fill the River Rock Casino theatre this spring.

BrickCan, B.C.'s largest Lego convention, is returning for its sixth year for a two-day weekend in April and tickets are now open for the popular event.

Attendees will get to meet creators and admire their intricate builds, as well as browse offerings from LEGO vendors.

The convention had gone on a three-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic but returned last year, featuring more than 200 creations by Lego enthusiasts.

Builds displayed include a space diorama, a moving Hogwarts grand staircase scene from Harry Potter and recreations of Richmond landmarks by Peter Grant, also known as Richmond's "Lego Man."

The two-day event is the public portion of a four-day builder's convention. Known as Canada's largest Adult LEGO Fan Convention, the event starts on April 18 and will welcome Lego builders from all over the world to enjoy a series of panels, presentations and activities.

BrickCan 2024 will be held from April 20 to 21 and tickets are now available online.
