'Significant snow' expected in Richmond on Tuesday
Environment Canada is warning of “significant snow” on Tuesday for all of Metro Vancouver including Richmond. Five to 20 centimetres of wet snow is expected to fall, starting on Tuesday morning and continuing until Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.
