Port Moody entrepreneur Russell Cullingworth started The Greatest Need Community Network Society to help those for whom a broken fridge or broken-down car could start a spiral to poverty. Now he's looking for local businesses, charities and churches to help him lend a hand when people are at their most vulnerable.
