Meet and greet Cinderella at Richmond Culture Days this weekend

The Richmond Gateway Theatre Society was one of six Richmond arts organizations to receive a share of the $15.7 million in supplemental funding from the province.

Richmond Gateway Theatre is cordially inviting everyone to meet Cinderella to kick off Richmond Culture Days this weekend.

Richmond Culture Days is a national celebration of arts and culture with free in-person and online activities from Sept. 22 to Oct. 15.

Visitors can take photos with Cinderella, take part in colouring activities and win prizes at the Richmond Cultural Centre from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 23 during Culture Days' opening weekend.

Culture Days in Richmond features over 70 free events at various locations across the city including interactive workshops, open rehearsals and pop-up art shows.

During opening weekend, there will be the launch of Richmond's Writer-in-Residence program featuring author Audrey Thomas, an art exhibit at the Richmond Art Gallery, a rock painting exhibition and more.
