GATEWAY GRANTS

The Richmond Gateway Theatre Society Endowment Fund is now accepting applications for its Endowment Grant Program from community performing arts groups.

Gateway Theatre is one of the few theatres in Canada that has an ongoing grant program to enrich performances by local arts groups.

Established from a surplus of fundraising monies when the theatre opened in 1984, Endowment Fund Grants are intended to promote creativity and higher artistic standards for the performing arts in Richmond.

The deadline for Endowment Grant applications is Monday April 30 for events spanning July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014. Grants range to a maximum of $2,500.

Application forms are now available at Gateway Theatre's administration office at 6500 Gilbert Rd. in Richmond.
