Join in this annual fun and games celebration of the wet coast's famous slugs. Enter your own slug in a beauty contest biggest, smallest or slimiest slug or cheer it on in the Great Richmond Slug Race.

Bring your own slug. The Nature House is located at 11851 Westminster Hwy. For more information, call 604-718-6188.

The World of Music and Arts is proud to present Concert of Russian Classical Music, admission free, on Sunday, May 27 at 3 p.m. at World of Music and Arts, 6231 London Rd.

Ride to Conquer Cancer's Team Fight Club is hosting a Scavenger Hunt Sunday, May 27 at 2: 30 p.m., Garry Point Park.

It will be followed by a pub night at the Buck & Ear in Steveston. Tickets are $35/person, $90/ team. All money goes towards the BC Cancer Foundation. To register, email anthonybevandick@ hotmail.com.
