Yes, because I think fire safety is a major issue. We have an increased population, and I think it’s important that we be able to serve the population as it increases. I really would support paying more tax for something like that.

Yes. I think it’s a good idea. It’s reasonable that the number of staff be commensurate with the growth of the population. Although increased technology makes firefighting better, you still need the staff. So I support tax increases for that. It’s a good cause.

No. I think we should have more firefighters to protect the people in the city, but you don’t have to tax them more to get what they need. I think we are taxed enough. The government should be able to find funding for things they should be doing. It’s regarding the people that live here, and it’s about our safety.

Yes. I support any taxes for firefighters because we need firefighters. I think that’s a good way of spending money. If we don’t have firefighters, we are not going to be very safe in our homes, are we?

No. Because I’m not making money, why do I have to pay tax? If I’m making money, I have to pay tax. People who make more money should pay more tax.
