The 3rd Annual Phoenix Workshop Grand Prix of Art was held over the weekend in Steveston. With three hours and 30 locations, artists of all ages returned with extraordinary works of art. This year's adult winners were: First place, Elsa Bluethner; second place, Dan Gray; and third place, David McHolm. In the youth category: First place, Joshua Chen; second place, Emily Chen; and third place, Ashley Yai.Chung Chow
