Phoenix Richmond Malayalee Association took the initiative to help clean up the area of Brighouse United Church this past week.
On World Environment Day, observed on June 5, 40 members of the association helped beautify the premises of the church.
Everyone either helped mow the grass or planted flowers and beautified the area around the church.
