Warm clothing and hygiene products among donations.

The Richmond branch of Tzu Chi Foundation Canada delivered 50 gift bags to help residents stay warm this winter.

Seven volunteers with the non-profit delivered the gifts on Dec. 20 as part of their winter gift event with donations to benefit residents at the Richmond shelter, which is operated by the Salvation Army.

Each bag contained daily necessities.
