Steveston Scarecrow Crawl

A menagerie of unique scarecrows will stand guard in Steveston Village throughout October. Many of the scarecrows will feature displays perfect for taking selfies. There’s also an element of competition: the merchant who created the coolest scarecrow will win a prize. Free event.

Oct. 12

10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Cranberry Sale

Head over to Richmond Nature Park to stock up on fresh cranberries. Proceeds go towards educational and public park programs.

9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Once Upon a Pumpkin at the Richmond Nature Park

Beginning this Sunday, Richmond Nature Park is showcasing the natural origins and foundations of Halloween. Admission is by donation for this family-friendly event.
