The Richmond RCMP's "prank team" kicks off this year's annual toy drive with a teddy bear prank.

A team of seven officers are seen brewing up a prank idea in a video posted on YouTube.

The goal was to have an officer hide inside a giant teddy bear and to see if they could "get a reaction" out of the Richmond RCMP senior management team.

This year, the toy drive will be on Saturday, Nov. 16 from 8 a.m. to noon.
