BC Autism Awards Kicks Off with Help from Applewood Auto Group

This month AutismBC announced the launch of its the 3rd Annual BC Autism Awards and raffle presented by Applewood Auto Group in Richmond.

The awards, called The Heroes in Our Story, celebrates the ‘everyday autism heroes’ who have had a positive impact on the autism community, whether through volunteering, implementing inclusive hiring practises, inspiring self-advocating or championing opportunities for individuals on the autism spectrum.

This year the awards have the added excitement of running with the AutismBC raffle featuring a grand prize of a brand-new Nissan Kicks SV donated by Applewood Auto Group dealerships throughout the province, including Richmond.

The AutismBC raffle runs to Oct. 25 with an early bird draw on Aug. 28 for a Go Pro Hero 8 camera and travel pack. Raffle tickets are $20 each.
