The Editor,
I am very disappointed in John Yap, the MLA in my riding, who could not be bothered to attend the all-candidates' meeting last Monday evening.
Was he sitting around watching TV instead of being available to his constituents?
Is he afraid to exchange ideas on issues of substance in a public forum?
Does he think he doesn't need to bother to show up to debates and we will still vote for him?
If so, let's prove him wrong. Let's vote for someone with passion and ideas and who is willing to show up for work.
