Sometimes one has to be blunt to convey a point. Mr Pollard needs to convey the point to his VAFFC group: "Gentlemen, you will never barge jet fuel up the Fraser."
While VAFFC is looking for information to "further the overall understanding of fuel behaviour and mitigation measures," they would be better employed understanding the behaviour and resolve of the citizens of Richmond to prevent this project.
It should be equally clear to any elected politician that to not understand the resolve of citizens to oppose this project will result in the overall shortening of a political career.
BCEAO needs to shut the door on this now. To continue to waste public resources on a non-starter like this is shameful.
