The Editor,
I was surprised when it was announced that the RCMP would move to No 5 Road and Steveston Highway, the epicenter of Richmond gridlock, and wondered how effectively they could function.
Despite my initial concern, I am pleased to note serious enforcement of the speed limit on Steveston Highway west over the past few weeks, and wish to congratulate the RCMP on making our community a safer place to live.
