The Editor,
On Monday, April 29, there was an all-candidates meeting at the Richmond Seniors Centre, sponsored by the Richmond Centre for Disability.
Four Richmond Centre candidates showed up, two Independent, one for Unparty and one for BC Greens.
They answered questions on health, education, transit, the environment and the jet fuel pipeline, so we now know where these candidates stand.
However, there was no representation by Richmond Centre candidates for BC Liberals, BC Conservatives and BC NDP.
So we do not know where they stand on issues important to local voters.
There was not even an explanation for their absence. We were disappointed!
