Dear Editor,
I have attempted to write my opinion on electric scooters on the LetsTalkRichmond website, with no luck.
Why a survey needs a password, beats me, but every one I put in was rejected, so I finally called the number listed.
I finally got someone who passed me over to someone else.
She was not around, so I had to leave a voice mail, with my name and phone number.
I did the same thing the next day, which was well over a week ago, and have had no one call me back.
This is NOT acceptable and I would like to know why, when you leave a perfectly good message, no one returns the call.
Does city hall think so little about its residents?
