Open letter to a driver,
Driving north on No. 3 Road just south of Cambie Road yesterday, you came upon a sick or injured seagull in your lane. It was struggling desperately in a sea of traffic.
You got out of your car, took a blanket from your trunk, and headed back — no doubt to help it.
