Re: "We must evolve to accept," Letters, May 10.
Though I can understand how Nancy Hewer "can accept that homosexuality may not align with someone's religious beliefs," I find it difficult to do so; knowing there are many that still need to evolve to a point where they start holding their religion and its claims to account.
This is especially where majorities of a populace agree with the sanctioned executions of LGTBQ people by their governments - leaderships that our own government is being overly deferential towards.
