Your article describing the new Richmond traffic cams had me chuckling. The city installed a set of traffic lights at the corner of Moncton and No. 1 Road in Steveston that nobody wanted. Then, they install a camera to monitor the traffic chaos it creates.
You can't make this stuff up!
