Richmond’s longstanding community basketball tournament is back in full swing this weekend.
The South Arm Community Centre basketball courts were filled with bright smiles and enthusiastic cheers as the 36th annual Dolphin Classic Basketball tournament enters its second day.
The tournament tipped off on Friday and will conclude with women’s and men’s finals on Sunday.
Dunk and three-point contests will also be held tomorrow.
True to its community roots, this year’s tournament is featuring local talent beyond participating athletes, with graduates from local high schools catering and DJing the event.
