The second annual Fire on Ice charity hockey game between the Richmond Firefighters and Sockeyes Alumni takes place on Sunday at the Richmond Ice Centre’s forum rink.
The event gets underway at 2:35 p.m. with a ceremonial face-off featuring Richmond Mayor Malcolm Brodie. A special guest will also be on hand to sing the national anthem.
There will also be a between period mini-game featuring six-and-seven-year-olds.
Spectators can also head upstairs to Stanleys for a burger and a beverage fundraiser or participate in the silent auction or lucky draws.
