Dragicevic named Ravens' first Director of Hockey Operations

Former Giants and UBC coach will work with players and coaches in city's female association

Milan Dragicevic is no stranger to the Richmond Ravens, having been a coach and skills provider to the organization since 2008

The Richmond Ravens Female Hockey Association has named Milan Dragicevic its first-ever Director of Hockey Operations.

Dragicevic has been a coach and skills provider to the organization since 2008 and will be working closely with coaches and players to continue to grow and expand the hockey program. In addition to the Director of Hockey Operations position, Dragicevic will also assume the head coach position for the Ravens Bantam ‘A’ team for the 2018-19 season. 

He brings exceptional experience to the role having played in the Western Hockey League from 1986 to 1990, the serving as an assistant coach in the WHL from 1996 to 1998. It was then three years in the Alberta Junior Hockey League before becoming the Vancouver Giants first-ever head coach from 2000-2002.  Dragicevic  then took his career to UBC where he guided the Point Grey men’s university program for 12 seasons. Since 2014, he has been the Director of Hockey Operations for Richmond Minor Hockey.
